2.3 Refund and Cancellation Policy
Ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances:
- Event cancellation by GamerWorld Expo

3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Expected Behavior
All attendees, participants, sponsors, and staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. 4. Tournament Participation
4.1 Eligibility
Tournament participants must meet age requirements specified for each competition. Minors under 18 must have parental consent to participate. Professional tournaments may have additional eligibility requirements including skill level verification and prior registration.
4.2 Tournament Rules
All participants must comply with game-specific rules, tournament formats, and official regulations published for each competition. Rules are available on our website and at the event. Participants are responsible for familiarizing themselves with all applicable rules before competing.
4.3 Fair Play and Anti-Cheating
GamerWorld Expo maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward cheating, including but not limited to the use of unauthorized software, exploits, collusion, or match-fixing. Violations will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and permanent ban from all future tournaments.
4.4 Prize Distribution
Prizes will be awarded according to tournament rules and standings. Winners may be required to provide identification and sign release forms before receiving prizes. Taxes on prize winnings are the responsibility of the recipient. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Content Ownership
All content on the GamerWorld Expo website and promotional materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of GamerWorld Expo or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

By submitting content to GamerWorld Expo (including photos, videos, testimonials, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for promotional and marketing purposes.
